Athletic Training Application






The foundation necessary for all areas of athletic movement is STABILIZATION. Without it, all strength and power movement disciplines( Dance, Combat Sports, Swimming, Ice Skating, Skiing, and all water and terrestrial sports) are NOT possible. Stabilization within the human kinetic chain will allow the muscles to leverage against other already stable objects/barriers/force, ground, resistance of water, ice, other people (combat sports) to produce, maintain, accelerate and decelerate force.
Many of today’s ELITE athletes who represent the highest levels of competitive sports train muscles they can only see in the mirror,  neglecting to train the extremely important INTRINSIC support muscles. 
The need for a sound strength and conditioning base that is grounded in STABILIZATION is the most effective way to enhance athletic potential while reducing injury. The athlete who is trained from an Injury Prevention / Strength & Conditioned focus  will maintain a high level of durability throughout entire season.
